"hey are you really going to rest here in the middle of this forest" Alexa said as she looked at me she's one of my close friend since university. we planned to go on a picnic together but this isn't what I expected right now we are in the middle of this forest? "you told me that we're going on a picnic but this place" I said while looking in my surroundings "it looks more like we are here in search of a big foot monster" I said right now I was sitting under a tree the tree was huge and had a lot of branches Alexa was standing near me
"you know there might be a big foot monster here" she said "oh come on I'm not a 7 year old kid who will believe whatever you say" I replied she looked at me and I rolled my eyes
"you can go to where ever you want I'm going to take some rest and go back to the city " I said while closing my eyes I felt her staring at me I opened my eyes "what?" I asked while narrowing my eyes
she looked toward me and I showed her a little smile "alright, atlas take care and I'm not going to argue because I know what kind of a bitch you are" she said and started to walk away
"hey did you just assumed my gender" I joked she turned around and looked at me from head to toe then smirked and left "that bitch" I murmured I leaned against the tree and the rays of sunshine were hitting my face but suddenly the light intensity increased I felt like I was going blind and although I wasn't tired but my eyes started to close I don't realized that I felt unconscious and when I woke up the sun was already about to set I looked here and there but the place looked a bit unfamiliar
"aish I should go home" I said to myself I woke up and started to walk to I don't know where the sun had already set and now the darkness of night was about to cover the whole forest even though I know very well how to fight but still "what if a bear show up suddenly oh come on atlas there are no wild animals in this forest Alexa told me" I was comforting myself that I'll be fine but it felt like I was lost and the place was unfamiliar and I don't know where to go
I wandered here and there for a long time I didn't realized that the sun had already set and I couldn't find out where to go I felt like I was going around in circles and I decided mark something on a tree so I would know if I was moving in circles or not I took out a handkerchief from my pocket and tied it around a tree
"alright let's go" I said to myself while proudly looking at the tree I started to walk my feet were hurting but I didn't want to stop and stay here in the middle of nowhere after sometime I saw a piece of cloth tied around a tree and realized that it was my own handkerchief
"shit!" I shouted I was so tired and even though I didn't want to but still I decided to take some rest it was already dark I sat near the tree to which my handkerchief was tied I was looking around but nothing was visible as It was so dark I knew it wasn't safe to stay here in the middle of a forest and these huge ass mosquitoes won't even let me breath peacefully but still I don't know how I managed to fall asleep once again?
