You said that you loved me,
But why did you sail in the sea?
Leaving me with bruises and scars,
Behind those unsurvivable wars.
I broke my promise that I wouldn't get tired,
Cause you were playing with fire.
Burning and torturing me every night till daylight.
Making me not find a reason to fight.
I drank the poison on my own,
Cause you were dealing on your own.
I'm hesitant to say that I need you,
Cause I refuse to let you see the nightmares I'm going through.
I apologize for being an overthinker,
And a person pleaser.
But how can you be with her?
While I'm trying to hold onto the love that we used to have for each other?
Six months of torture, those scars are mending.
But you left my heart breaking,
I can't stop this bleeding,
When will I get my happy ending?
